A flooded harbour

On this particular morning the water level was extremely high. My parents could not get off the boat and I had to 'rescue' them at 7:30 in the morning. I was still dark when I had to overcome the weather and locate the rubber dighy on an area of the harbour that was supposed to be dry. However, this morning the rubber dinghy was floating in 30 cm of water and I barely managed to get to it with getting wet. The morning 'rescue' went well and we all got to work in time.

Finally the snow arrived

Must be the 6th sense. I can feel it when I wake up: SNOW. It is a very special feeling to wake up knowing when you look out the window everything is covered in a fine layer of white snow. I love the snow. It lights up the dark winter months (but it is not fun when the snow turns into black slush and all your clothes is wet but that is a different story).
